24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please notify me by text or phone within 24 hours or as soon as possible if you know you cannot make your appointment.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who do not show up to their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the price of scheduled appointment. No exceptions.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. If arriving 10 minutes or later, the service(s) may be shortened and the full service(s) cost will be charged. If rescheduling is necessary, a late arrival fee of 25% of the service(s) cost may apply.

RETURN POLICY

The product must still be sealed and in the package, no damage to product / package and returned to me within 24 hours of purchase for full refund.

KID POLICY

To the ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience, children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service.

NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early so I can answer any questions or concerns you may have.

LOCATION AND DIRECTIONS

I kindly ask that you use the front door of the building to enter. Please proceed to the upper level upon entering the building. Bathroom facility is available upstairs.
